Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting branch activities
- Processing of inward & outward clearing of cheques
- Approve counter transactions
- Verify clients’ document on pre account opening
- Prepare KYC upon account opening
- Maintain updated customer database in the system
- Assist clients in e-banking services/transactions
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant branch operations experience from banks
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Ability to multitask & a team player
