Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines.
Assist with meetings and technology set-up details.
Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal departments.
Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
Manage international travel, including visa preparation
Manage expense report coordination and submissions
Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in business management
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
Experience in travel bookings and calendar management is crucial
