Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. Currently, they are seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as " Deputy General Manager (Global Change Management)".

This role covers the following responsibilities :

  • Define, develop and implement change management plans encompassing setting standards, best practices, governance, frameworks, change process, tools, metrics, and facilitates change trainings to upskill the company’s workforce across all regions and countries.
  • Lead and drive change initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities to optimize the change experience for all stakeholders.
  • Advise strategically to leadership teams and recommend proactively on areas where the right level of intervention is required to manage the user experiences.
  • Provide oversight on ongoing change advisory and collaborate closely with Regional Change Leads to localise plans across different countries.
  • Drive and guide project teams to achieve successes on value realization and change metrics and evaluate actual change impact.
  • Maintain a repository of change delivery methodology and framework to be used across projects, and review change materials.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from the networks of Champions, Change Project teams, Leadership teams across regions, and employees to drive continuous improvement to change capabilities, services, and end user experience.


  • Degree & above in related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experiences in delivering large scale and complex change management in global organization with more than 5000+ employees.
  • Expertise in end-to-end Change Value Journey
  • Experience In Strategic Advisory in change initiatives
  • Proven track record of driving large scale, enterprise wide Strategic or Transformation Change Programs or initiatives
  • Demonstrate excellent ability in interpersonal relationship skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in speech, writing, presentation skills and strong project management skills.
