Responsibilities

• Revamped company’s risk management system and attained BizSafe Level 4 Certification.
• Review of risk assessments for project activities and developed safe work procedures.
• Implemented Behaviour-Based Safey Observation (BBSO) program for the company to identify improvement opportunities of work practices and control measures.
• Secretary of Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee (HSSC), and lead the committee members to organize promotional activities.
• Tracking and monitoring of EHS KPIs for monthly management review.
• Conduct Safety Management by Walking Around (SMBWA) with site supervisors, and HSSC members.
• Conduct internal audits for various business units to drive changes and follow up with audit findings closure.
• Conduct EHS orientation training for new hires, and Lock out tag out (LOTO) training for service engineers.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root cause, implement countermeasures and evaluate effectiveness of control measures with stakeholders.
• Review of legal updates and liaise with authorities for clarification, where relevant.
• Ensure Safe Management Measures are being complied.
• Company appointed SG Secure Representative.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• With minimum 2 years of relevant experience
