Technical Support Specialist (6-month contract, renewable)  

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide 1st and 2nd level support and assistance pertaining to network, server and IT infrastructure related matters 

  • To provide end users (including remote users) support on Windows 7&10, MS Office suites, Live meeting, Zscaler, MES Systems and etc. 

  • To provide solution to incident and problem tickets reported in the JIRA ticketing system, including PMXpert, Solidworks, Minitab, Tradenet, etc 

  • To assist in control of inventory of IT hardware and software 

  • To manage user account in Westpharma domain and user access rights in different computer system 

  • To assist in the execution and completion of local projects by liaising and working with various stakeholders to accomplish the projects locally  

Requirement:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in related fields 

  • IT Certifications (MCSE, CCNA & ITIL) will be an advantage 

  • Experience in supporting and rectifying LAN/WAN and server infrastructure related issues 

  • Well versed in end user client computing in terms of setup, configuration and technical support 

  • Knowledge of IT Security and intermediate experience in Server room management and support 

  • Experience working with the ITIL methodology with some knowledge of SAP systems
