Technical Support Specialist (6-month contract, renewable)
Responsibilities:
To provide 1st and 2nd level support and assistance pertaining to network, server and IT infrastructure related matters
To provide end users (including remote users) support on Windows 7&10, MS Office suites, Live meeting, Zscaler, MES Systems and etc.
To provide solution to incident and problem tickets reported in the JIRA ticketing system, including PMXpert, Solidworks, Minitab, Tradenet, etc
To assist in control of inventory of IT hardware and software
To manage user account in Westpharma domain and user access rights in different computer system
To assist in the execution and completion of local projects by liaising and working with various stakeholders to accomplish the projects locally
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
IT Certifications (MCSE, CCNA & ITIL) will be an advantage
Experience in supporting and rectifying LAN/WAN and server infrastructure related issues
Well versed in end user client computing in terms of setup, configuration and technical support
Knowledge of IT Security and intermediate experience in Server room management and support
Experience working with the ITIL methodology with some knowledge of SAP systems
