Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing secretarial support to GM & Deputy GM
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare meeting materials & reports to Head Office
- Coordinate and handle travel arrangement & expenses claims
- Assist in onboarding of new staff
- Assist in coordinating events & corporate gifts
- Assist in translation of documents
- Maintain proper filing system
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of administrative/secretarial experience in Banks is essential
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and possess good working attitude
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
