Responsibilities :

• Responsible for equipment capacity improvement and verification and Operations productivity improvement.
• Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios.
• Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks.
• Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput.
• Work closely with Production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production.

Requirements :

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes, systems, and product costing for manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP System.
