Report to: Executive VP Asia Pacific
Main Scope:
Responsible for enhancing the brand awareness and leveraging the company image within SE Asia region through adequate initiatives. Plan and implement the marketing and communication strategy in SE Asia as well as other Regions in AP.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the on-going maintenance of company websites and e-catalogue for SEA, Japan and Australia.
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s customer contact database, either directly or indirectly to ensure that it is clean, current, organized, accessible for direct mailings and direct e-mail.
- Marketing Communications: Create & manage marketing collateral (brochures, catalogues, posts, presentations).
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Offer daily support to address user requests and troubleshoot queries.
- Organize/support regional webinars.
- Manage and organize trade shows and other marketing events.
- Provide support to APAC marketing team.
- Lead generation & awareness ad campaigns on LinkedIn/Google AdWords, Twitter etc.
- Maintain all marketing lists and distribution for all Marketing activities, campaigns and press releases.
- Maintain and Develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable PR activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and database marketing.
- Knowledge in all different digital marketing channels.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPI.
- Familiar with Marketing Communications, Media Analysis, Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn.
