Report to: Supply Chain Manager
Act as the main interface from purchasing to the stakeholders for day to day issues.
Planning and administering purchasing activities, administration and office matters to ensure smooth office operations.
Main interface for procurement activities between sourcing platform and corporate Office.
Responsible for the full spectrum of order processing and management of purchase order in SAP such as issuance of Purchase Order and Goods Receipt/Issue etc.
Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse personnel regarding shipment and logistics arrangements.
Handle all administration and office matters.
Manage travel arrangement including air ticketing, hotel arrangements, visa applications, etc.
Coordinate, organize and host internal and external meetings, trainings and activities on a local or APAC scale.
Attend to incoming calls and visitors.
Source, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize cost.
Maintain and file systematically all purchase order related documents.
Any other related / ad-hoc duties or projects as needed.
Minimum Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent.
Min 3-5 years’ experience in procurement role in the APAC or local region.
Knowledge in MRP, SAP and MS Office.
Experience in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Ability to Multi-task.
