Job Summary:

Responsible for the Accounting and Tax function

• Lead a team of accounting staff and oversee their daily operations (AP, AR, AA, GL) You will need to handle corporate income tax, GST returns and any other tax-related matters as well as ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly financial reports
• In charge of cash flow management and forecast
• Supervise the Letter of Credit and Document against Acceptance process
• Liaise with auditors on audit and reporting matters and ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations
• Other responsibilities include the execution of and continuous improvement to operational Accounting policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Full-fledged CPA with a degree in Accountancy or its equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 yrs relevant working experience with 3 yrs managing people experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and currently in a managerial position
• Good knowledge and understanding of local accounting standards, with experience in SAP and income tax matters
• Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership, initiative and teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and meticulous with an eye for detaill
