Role: Design learning iterventions and provide consultancy services, such as innovation, human-centred design and process improvement, written communication, interpersonal communication and career developement.

Working on:

• Develop learning interventions for virtual and hybrid modes of delivery.
• Design learning resources (e.g e-learning, case studies, etc)
• Work with experts and trainers to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Contribute to market intelligence gathering and research in L&D to keep programmes abreast.
• Lead and manage consultancy projects (includes L&D, human-centred design, process improvement projects) with public agencies to support their transformation efforts.
• Mange stakeholder relationships and project progress within budget and timelines.

Looking for:

• Experience in human-centred design and process improvement in classroom or virtual training..
• Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, especially with stakeholders in our lead agencies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful.
