Our client is a well known brand name in the market. Currrently , seeking a Design & Project Director for their new and expansion project . 

Responsibiliites : 

 ·       Liaise with appointed design team/consultants to ensure high-quality theming design for facility spaces

·       Generate creative solutions for design tasks and ensuring functional parameters

·       Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with design brief

·       Review and coordinate design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements

·       To prepare and review project schedule, quality and cost deliverables, cost control, planning and forecasting with project consultants

·       Value engineering & management , Feasibility studies & cost benefit analysis and  Risk analysis evaluations & mitigation plan

·        Regular updating and reporting of project performance and progress

Requirements

·       Must have a degree in Architecture; Interior Design; Creative Arts or equivalent

·       Min 15 years’ experience and 3-5 years of developer/owner representative experience

·       Preferably with experience in  hospitality projects

·       Experienced in design projects is a must
