Job Description:

  • Administer and monitor Concur claim system and answering to employees’ queries regarding the expense policies.
  • Assist in other General Administration’s daily operations such as maintaining and managing Administration Intranet/ global telephone directory, administering and processing payment workflows/ rebilling/monthly cost allocation etc.
  • Support to plan, organize and execute local Staff Engagement Activities. This could be in-person or via virtual means.
  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Assist in other General Administration’s daily operation such as managing Administration Intranet / SharePoint and administering and processing payment matters

Requirement:

  • Min. 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
  • Min. Diploma’s holder and above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Meticulous, Resourceful, Team Player, Creative Thinker
  • Good Time Management and organization skills.

Additional information:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $3700
  • 1-2 Years Contract
  • Located in West (Lakeside)
