Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process for Nursing services
  • Engage hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, plan and monitor recruitment process
  • Manage various job portals and job postings to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Actively engage the hiring managers & HRP through the screening and selection process and update the vendor (or candidate for direct applicants) on the assessment outcome for timely fulfillment of openings.
  • Source for new partners in the provision of manpower resourcing services
  • Review resourcing templates and administration requirements to ensure a timely and seamless screening process till job offer. This including recruitment metric tracking to assess sourcing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Partners and Operation team to ensure timeliness in onboarding of new staff


  • Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manpower resourcing management
  • Experience in healthcare sector
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
