• To handle corporate user access control to the IT systems.
• To provision and de-provision IT systems access to users in accordance with the joiner and leaver process within the agreed KPI.
• To provide support in advisory capacity to IT Support teams, access approvers and audit teams.
• To liaise with System Administrators and Business Owners to understand role composition and profile management of systems.
• To participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control.
• To ensure all access controls and processes are fit for purpose, and to identify opportunities to streamline the current processesand in order to meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
• To identify, document, develop and continually improve processes and controls for access to IT systems.
• To support the UAT testing on administration module to ensure new applications are on-onboarded efficiently, role profiles are appropriate and maintained and that general operation of the solution is monitored and maintained.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant study.
• Interest in technology security and compliance
• Demonstrates the capacity to control stakeholder communications
• Align plans and strategy with Internal Audit
• Produce and deliver high quality work products including formal deliverables, technical -documentation and reporting           
• Relevant experience in access control and Ms office product
• Must maintain a strong understanding of access control policies/procedures, vendor onboarding processes and access management resources.
• Review request – Task System and the e-workflow tool.
• Strong discipline in compliance and security policies. 
• Good system knowledge relating to workflow, SNOW and access control, or any of the relevant tools.
• Basic knowledge in desktop computing and Microsoft Office products.
