To be a 3rd level resource in IT department, focusing on Network team supporting users worldwide and local matters.
The IT Engineer will be reporting to the Network Team Manager, under the Regional Service Center – Asia located in Singapore.
Job Responsible
- To responsible for ticket handling under the Network team queue.
- To contact on Network-related matters in cooperation with Site & Onsite Support department.
- To contribute to IT in maintaining and monitoring the global network IT infrastructure world-wide including the maintenance of:
• Proxy Administration
• Firewall Administration
• WhatsUp Gold Administration
• Wifi & Network Administration
- To attend the Network team meeting
- Be trained and be able to support new Network system or application, if there’s any.
- To contribute for Service Desk and local support in Singapore if needed.
- To perfrom any ad-hoc assignment / task assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology / equivalent;
- Experience in any of the following is an added advantage:
• Networking (LAN<WAN<WLAN, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, WAC, Remote Access)
• Monitoring (COP Manager, WhatsUp Gold, Procurve Manager SmartEvent)
• IT Security (Cascade, SharkArcSight, Eventia)
- CCNA Certified
