Job Responsibilities

• The scope of the work is all marine transportation, inventory monitoring, contracted vendor’s billing settlement, performances from the company's facilities within an assigned region’s facilities WITH the objective of shipping to customers in Asia while meeting on time delivery, preserving product quality and reducing cost
• Coordinate cargoes claims/complaints related to inbound shipments and shipping liners (e.g. claims related to shortage and demurrages
• Assess and analyze logistical processes within an operation and recommend adjustments for better efficiency. 
• Validate data for advanced shipping notifications, optimize current processes across different logistics activities and support put-away activities. 
• Experience in SAP and the ability to gather data, Gap Analysis with LE & SD module.  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administrative
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in supply chain within petrochemicals industry
• Shipping & Logistics Operations and strategy management, warehousing management and understanding of logistics
• Expert of handling IDOC SAP applications messages to transfer data to and from SAP system applications with external systems. 
• Experience and capability of SAP ECC and establishing 3rd party interface through EDI is mandatory skill.
