3 months contract | Location: Central
Monday to Friday (8.30 – 6 pm)
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary .
Requirements:
· Diploma holder or higher
· Able to start work within short notice
· Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/receptionist
