Responsibility
- Responsible for scheduling and coordination for Chairman's daiy schedule
- Ensure proper filing of documents and maintenance/ updating of records
- Process claims and payments
- Organise luncheons, coordinate with restaurants and plan the necessary logistics
- Assist in managing Chairman’s personal drivers and planning the daily schedule
- Assist in preparing and coordinating the delivery of festive gifts
- Assist in arranging the delivery of wines
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum GCE "A" level
- 3-4 years of working experience on providing secretarial support
- Menticulous and able to work under fast pace environment
