Job Description:
· Liaising with advertising and recruitment agencies and to co-ordinate all selection interview programs with shortlisted applicants and the execution of all recruitment formalities.
· Involved in organizing recreational and social activities for employee.
· Manage the Company’s telephone system and guest relations, including ensuring the availability of stocks for visitors’ identification stickers at all times.
· Manage purchasing of stationery and staff refreshment.
· Manage cleaners
· Manage access cards
· Any other duties & responsibilities which the Management / Superior may assign from time to time
Requirement:
• Minimum 2 Years of Working Experience as an Office Administration.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Must be able to commit up to 6 months.
Additional information:
· Working days: Monday to Friday. Office Hours.
· Salary up to $2200
· 6 Months to 1 Years.
· Located in Pioneer.
