Job Description:
· Ensure HR processes are aligned across all business units.
· Maintain the HR web portal and ensure prompt updates for all HR related documents.
· Assist in HR Business Partnering and on-boarding of new hires
· In charge of receiving Purchase Orders in the ARIBA system
· Generated monthly reports e.g. levies cost charges, medical invoices
· Scheduled and conducted interviews alongside hiring manager
· Gained knowledge of Singapore’s employment system and the different types of work pass cards (work permit, s-pass, employment pass etc.)
· Able to carry out work pass processes such as application, issuance, cancellation of foreign team members work passes
· Part of the organising team for CEO Townhall 2022
· Drafted and lodged contracts into Legal’s system- HR Contract Administrator
· Other HR administrative tasks
Requirement:
· Possess a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business and Management
· Over 1 year of HR experience including handling of work pass matters, assist in HR Business Partnering and on-boarding of new hires etc
· Ensure HR processes are aligned across all business units
· Having knowledge about Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM’s system
Additional information:
· Working days: Monday to Friday.
· Hybrid Working Arrangement (Some days need to report to office within a week)
· Salary up to $4000
· Located in Central (Suntec)
