Job Description:
· Ensure proper filing of documents and maintenance/ updating of records
· Process claims and payments
· Organise luncheons, coordinate with restaurants and plan the necessary logistics
· Assist in managing Chairman’s personal drivers and planning the daily schedule
· Assist in preparing and coordinating the delivery of festive gifts
· Assist in arranging the delivery of wines
· Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Private Secretarial qualification/ GCE A/ O level
· Minimum 4-5 years of administrative/ secretarial support work experience
· Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly organised, ability to work independently and possess initiative
· Meticulous and able to work under a fast-paced environment
Additional information:
· Working days: Monday to Friday
· Up to $4000 + AWS + VB
· Located in Somerset
