Responsibility
  • Attend to enquiries from incoming calls or email
  • Understand customer’s needs and provide effective response
  • Attending to card issues, fees claims, enquiries, Perform out bound, etc.
  • Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Requirements
  • Minimum O level
  • Experience in call center environment
  • Willing to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
  • Shift work, required to work on weekends, 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH
