Job Placement Location
Attend to enquiries from incoming calls or email
Understand customer’s needs and provide effective response
Attending to card issues, fees claims, enquiries, Perform out bound, etc.
Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Minimum O level
Experience in call center environment
Willing to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
Shift work, required to work on weekends, 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH
