Responsibilities:

• Provide support in account opening and maintenance, transaction processing and service delivery of clients’ requirements
• Process incoming documents and static requests for clients
• Prepare reports for clients upon request
• Always ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or other related fields
• Organised and detail oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
