Job Description:
· Monitor new market trends / segments
· Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials
· Evaluate emerging technological changes for adaption of marketing activities
· Project forecast with clear rational for new launches and best sellers
· Monitor and adjust forecast between markets based on business trends on monthly basis
· Monthly sales and new launches analysis by market, brand, branches, and best sellers
· Plan and implement contents for respective marketing platforms
· Coordinate with media agency on creative, social and media duties
· Review and handle comments on social media platforms
· Develop communication materials
· Prepare and send email blast to keep employees posted on brand and marketing campaigns
· Review internal and external communication platforms and channels
· Develop communication materials
· Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocations
· Administer acquistion and payment processes
· Engage in cost-saving efforts
· To monitor inventory, manage new or regular orders of jewellery packaging to ensure the best use of budget, space and in-store availability.
· Liaise with vendors for new packaging designs, especially for licensed products.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
· Minimum Degree / Diploma in Marketing related Discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in retail jewellery
· Brand Campaign Management
· Customer Behaviour Analysis
· Customer Loyalty and Retention Strategy Formulation
Additional information:
· Working days: Monday to Friday
