Job Description:
· Perform daily payroll operations
· Process fortnightly payroll cycles for employees
· Update data and information accurately for all employees
· Ensure all queries are proactively responded to within 48 hours from/to operations, vendors, and stakeholders
· Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, government grants, IR8A, IR21 & NS claims
· Submit Government Paid Leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, etc.)
· Prepare and submit reports such as reconciliation and compliance reports
· Ensure compliance with policies and legislation
· Resolve any discrepancies in payroll
· Any other admin/payroll duties as assigned by the supervisor
· Support in HR/Payroll projects whenever necessary
· Other projects as assigned.
Requirement:
· 1 Year Working Experience,
· Minimum Diploma
· Play an active role in executing HR digitalization journey.
· Administer, maintain accurate and up Io date employee records for contracts, database in the system and personal files.
· Prepare accurate reports and ensure timely submission.
· Participate actively in continuous improvement, defining processes and results within the department
