Job Responsibilities
- To deliver great candidate and employee experience to attract the right people, to recruit and retain them in the organization.
- Build employer brand with necessary outreach to promote social awareness and generate positive recruitment result.
- Lead and plan for talent acquisition activities, such as career day, campus branding and recruitment, career fairs and talks etc.
- Continuous improvement on recruitment policy, process and system for sustainable results within budget and in compliance.
- Provide support in talent retention initiatives.
- Custodian of local Traineeship, Tertiary Partnership and On-boarding Program.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
