Responsibility
- Working calendar management and schedule meetings
- Follow-up, update and send reminders about meetings, official engagements and matters of importance from time to time
- Prepare necessary materials and slides for Division/ Department meetings
- Maintain and follow-up statistical data and ensure that data is properly stored in system
- Coordinate events, programmes and talks, workshops and symposiums etc. for the Division/Department
- Maintain inventory of books/brochures/ programme materials
- Claims submission for Directors and Division/Department staff
- Other administrative support duties
Requirement
- Minimum GCE "O" level
- Experience in admin/Personal Assistant/ Secretary will be an added advantage
