Responsibility
- Attend to customers enquiries i.e. product, price, delivery etc.
- Process quote, order & invoicing in accordance to company guideline and policy.
- Coordinate with Internal stakeholder (engineer, purchaser and warehouse) to arrange customer order delivery;
- Check stock availability with factory / suppliers.
- To support Medical Service report, eg. spareparts, manhour etc. Continue to work with operations for netsales report liaising.
- Coordinate with Service engineers‘ dispatch and follow up for timely closure.
- Shipping coordination and shopping document submission (Bol, LC documentation, etc.)
- To support in visual data representation of department operations
- Other adhoc duties
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma
- More than 2 years working experience in supply chain function
- Experience in SAP and shipping knowledge will be added advantage
