Responsibility

• Attend to customers enquiries i.e. product, price, delivery etc.
• Process quote, order & invoicing in accordance to company guideline and policy.
• Coordinate with Internal stakeholder (engineer, purchaser and warehouse) to arrange customer order delivery;
• Check stock availability with factory / suppliers.
• To support Medical Service report, eg. spareparts, manhour etc. Continue to work with operations for netsales report liaising.
• Coordinate with Service engineers‘ dispatch and follow up for timely closure.
• Shipping coordination and shopping document submission (Bol, LC documentation, etc.)
• To support in visual data representation of department operations
• Other adhoc duties

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma
• More than 2 years working experience in supply chain function
• Experience in SAP and shipping knowledge will be added advantage
