Responsibilities
- Main interface for procurement activities between sourcing platform and corporate office
- Responsible for the full spectrum of order processing and management of purchase order in SAP such as issuance of Purchase Order and Goods Receipt/Issue etc
- Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products
- Assist in negotiation with suppliers to pull in / push out delivery to ensure fulfilment of customers' orders
- Work closely with internal departments on delivery lead time, shipment and logistics arrangements to meet the requirements of customers
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse personnel regarding shipment and logistics arrangements
- Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers
- Assist in auditing and stock taking
- Maintain and file systematically all purchase order related documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Administrative.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge in SAP
