Job Description:
· Co-ordinate and administrate tender projects and documentation
· Co-ordinate pre-booking activities for demos/loaners including system availability and customer agreements
· Support organization of customer visits to company headquarters and/or reference sites
· Organize regional meetings with sales and support, including workshops, roadshows, Area Account Planning
· Manage customer service inquiries about products, prices, documentation etc.
· Administrate internal and external market surveillance topics for follow-up, planning up-selling
· Support responsible Sales colleagues with customer database maintenance and leads management
· Support responsible Sales colleagues with Opportunity Management, market and country requirements, Support responsible Sales colleagues with Small Part Quotes creation and System Order Quote adjustment order processing.
· Co-ordinate order and contract review including documentation with applicable departments like Sales, Support, Finance, Legal etc.
· Manage customer service inquiries about prices, deliveries, invoices, documentation etc.
· Manage Accounts Receivables by regular follow-up and resolving discrepancies
· Administrate Field Safety Notices / Safe Use Reminders distribution and documentation
· Support responsible Sales and Support colleagues with Customer Relationship Management.
Requirement:
• Eligible to Nitec/Higher Nitec
• Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position
• SAP/Sales Force would be an advantage
Additional information:
· Working days: Monday to Friday
· Salary up to $3800
· Located in Tai Seng (Within 5 Min Walking Distance)
