Job Description:
· Own the performance of direct marketing channels including all digital prospecting & remarketing campaigns from strategy to execution, to grow customer base and retaining existing customers.
· Work with internal business units to establish a Performance Dashboard with set benchmarks to measure digital KPIs.
· Conduct channel analysis with a holistic approach to provide useful and actionable insights to improve marketing ROI,
· Work with Brand & Campaign and PR & Comms internal leads to share funnel analysis, present post-campaign results, and improvement strategies to increase conversion rate.
· Work with media and web agency partners to conduct A/B Testing or multivariate testing to improve and drive creative growth strategies for all paid Displays, SEO and retargeting activities not limited to location targeting, customized and lookalike audiences, and ad sequencing
· Constantly build an iterate on experiments & research to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies, including A/B testing of landing pages, designing surveys to measure customer satisfaction, and analysing website traffic statistics.
· Work with web agency to develop efficient workflow within Hubspot CRM system to generate quality leads & sales conversions.
· Work alongside internal teams & agencies to develop quality content strategy to drive increased public engagement through the RACE framework and share actionable insights to address critical issues and support continuous improvement
· Drive end-to-end omni-channel customer journey mapping to identify pain points and gaps and recommend corrective actions to enhance CX.
· Support the visibility and reach of our online platforms’ (Shopee & Lazada) campaigns to maximise impressions and conversions.
· Conduct testings to gather learnings to build out our attribution models
Requirement:
· Eligible to Diploma/Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge in Marketing Automation tools, Website Analytics and SEM/SEO and Paid Advertising best practices.
• Knowledge in GA360, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, UX/UI Concepts.
