Goods Receiving/ Service Entry/ Goods Issuing activities for spare parts and repair services including payment justifications.
Maintains proper documentation, such as delivery notes, certificates, service reports, etc. in orderly and traceable manner.
Supports spare parts storage optimization efforts including spare parts preservation and PM activities
Conducts cycle counts monthly and follow up of deviations with accounting and material coordinator.
Maintains Material Deviation Master File and reports weekly to the team with identified follow ups.
Updates details in Material Master Data regularly.
Organizes/ manages the spare parts reservations system supporting maintenance and turnaround activities for the plants.
Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
Min. Diploma and/or ITE in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, E&I or automation)
3-5 years of experience as technician / service personal (Electrical, Mechanical or Instrument background will be added advantage)
Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience with SAP Material Management Module, ISO, GAAP will be an advantage
Ability to understand technical drawings and equipment documentation
Ability to handle specification management in details
Working conditions:
Office work and warehouse
Field work in chemical plant environment
Field work includes wearing of protective clothing and equipment
