Responsibilities

• Responsible for warranty part’s order request, issue purchase order to factory, arrange and follow up on delivery status with factory and engineer
• Administer Move Order to Warehousing party, coordinate between engineer and warehousing party for Shock and Tilt handling, uncrating and crate disposal
• Perform NCDR monitoring including delivery status, Outstanding, delivery status, parts withdrawal
• Maintain inventory to ensure no stock-out situation
• Follow up and resolve administrative issues and inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience in order processing function
