Job Description:

·       Responsible for warranty part’s order request, issue purchase order to factory, arrange and

·       Follow up on delivery status with factory and engineer

·       Administer Move Order to Warehousing party, coordinate between engineer and warehousing party for Shock and Tilt handling, uncarting and crate disposal

·       Perform NCDR monitoring including but not limited to:

o   NCPO delivery status

o   Outstanding SO

o   Move Order status

o   EMG/Weekend delivery status

o   NCDR parts withdrawal status

o   Report preparation

·       Maintain inventory to ensure no stock-out situation

·       Manage requests for information and data

·       Follow up and resolve administrative issues and inquiries

·       Provide service support related report generation

·       Other duties as assigned

 

Requirement:

•        Eligible to Diploma

•        Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in Customer Service, Logistics/Freight

•        SAP or Oracle will be an advantage

 

Additional information:

·       Working days: Monday to Friday

·       Salary up to $3000

·       Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby

·       Located in Paya Lebar
