Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Management System which includes ISO 9001/ IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Ensure quality assurance and quality engineering is compliant the framework of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Perform Excursion Management leading to the coordination of corrective actions for internal and external errors (customer & supplier)
• Responsible for Documentation Control system, FMEA system and execution of internal & external audits
• Representation of company at customers/ suppliers with respect to quality management and quality assurance
• Responsible for supplier quality management and is the primary quality interface with the suppliers
• Responsible for management of materials spec or supplier QA agreement/ SQC and supplier early alert systems (include liaison with suppliers to sign off spec, QAA, SQC agreement and other management system arrangement)
• Responsible for supplier quality and on-site contractors’ performance reviews on a periodic basis

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical) or Science (Chemistry/ Physics) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in audit and management system
• Strong working knowledge of Management System
• A certified internal quality auditor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of statistical techniques, quality tools (FMEA, QFD & SPC)
• Possess good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
