Job Description:

·       Maintain and follow up the use of company administrative guidelines and procedures

·       Be active in cooperation and information flow within department and between departments

·       Follow up incoming mails in CRM system

·       Systemizing and archiving customer correspondence

·       Administration of visa application and travel requirements

·       Coordinate support and spare parts sales activities using ERP system

·       Assist both internal and external customers

·       Key role in internal projects and improvement processes

·       To possess correct attitude and mind set in collaboration

·       To be able to perform in dynamic environment by multi- tasking

·       Occasional after office support will be required

·       To be able to maintain good temperament even in hectic situations



·       Minimum Diploma in any fields

·       Professional working etiquette

·       Proficient in Microsoft office applications

·       Meticulous and customers oriented person

·       Ensure customers’ satisfaction and experience with quality service Ability to work independently

·       Pay package will be commensurate with experience


Additional information:

·       Working days: Monday to Friday (8am – 4.30pm)

·       Salary up to $3000

·       Located in Tuas
