Responsibilities:
· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
· Provide helpdesk support or desk side support to employees
· Set up new users’ accounts and profiles which include dealing with password issues
· Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
· Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
· Respond within agreed time limits to attend call-outs from employees
· Assist in evaluation of notebooks/PCs/tablets/PDAs and etc
· Assist in Backup Management
· Support the roll-out of new applications
· Coordinate with external vendors to replace computer parts as and when required
Requirements:
· Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as IT support
· Basic programming knowledge is essential
· Have a great sense of urgency and able to multi-task
· Able to perform overtime as and when necessary
