Reporting To: Manager, IT

Job Description
o  To develop and manage innovation solutions by streamlining existing restaurant and head office processes.
o  To lead and manage projects to improve productivity and efficiency, at low investment costs and ensure timely delivery of projects.
o  To be responsible for the whole tender process of IT related projects.
o  To maintain projects documentation and ensuring up to date records.
o  To deliver quality service and excellence results, expeditiously.
o  To manage e-Commerce vendors to ensure implementation and issues are always addressed promptly.
o  To source vendors for new systems or enhancements of current systems.
o  To be responsible for daily operational tasks, but not limited to office helpdesk, onboarding & offboarding of employees.
o  To maintain records of transfers and disposals of laptops, and to update Finance on asset listing.

Requirements
o  Strong understanding of system setup (knowledge in Network setup is an added advantage).
o  Knowledge and experience in software development of HTML, CSS, .NET framework, JAVA XML and JSON.
o  Knowledge on cloud-based systems.
o  Knowledge on Google Analytics and SEO.
o  Subject matter expert in e-Commerce related processes and Office 365 Administration.
o  Able to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment.
o  Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o  Good communication and interpersonal skills (communicative team player is essential in this scope of work).
o  Good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
o  Minimum Diploma or equivalent in IT discipline or related field.
o  Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
