Job Purpose and Content
• To manage the IT service of infrastructure network, virtualization architecture, system storage and backup to ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems 
• To ensure systems performance, availability, integrity, and security through regular maintenance, patch management, virus/malware/ransomware protection 
• To drive infrastructure/System/information security projects delivery and ensure it aligns with local & HQ directions 
• To engage both global infrastructure & Information security teams regarding Cyber Security and Enterprise infrastructure on different time zone 
• To review and maintain all infrastructure/system and security standards and procedures 
• To support on maintenance of SQL & Oracle database on linux and windows platform 
• To support in audit of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance and uncover IT security risks 
• To support third party system administration (eg. Uipath, Boomi, Otrs, etc.) 
• To support multiple regions on network, systems & information security and other ad- hoc projects as assigned

Qualification & Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or its equivalent 
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Windows, Linux administration, SQL, Cisco switches, routers and Firewall administration, both physical & virtual 
• Strong in linux network administration and project management skill preferred 
• Required skill(s): Windows Server Administration 2016,2019,2022 (Domain controller, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, DFS, SCCM), Redhat Linux 6,7,8, SQL server 2019, CCNA, Pulse Secure, Checkpoint, Sharepoint 
• Other technology such as RPA, Power BI, Vxrail, SQL,VMware will be added advantage 
• Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, information security, virtualization & storage 
• Strong communication, social awareness and good interpersonal skills 
• A meticulous, organized, result oriented and resourceful team player 
• A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
