Responsibilities
· Working in tandem with Sales Manager on determination of price on proposal by inputs given from service, project mgmt. and 3rd party vendors
· As part of the tender process, prepare a spreadsheet of compliance table and necessary deviations, cost estimate of man hours (both internal and 3rd party), etc.
· Review and selection of internal and 3rd party vendors for evaluation of technical capabilities to ensure compliance and completeness
· As an engineer, system drawing are to be prepared in accordance to the scope of supply
· Working together with Sales Manager in addressing, identification, and evaluation of all technical risks associated to the tender and provide proper advice in cost evaluation
· Ensure qualifications and completeness of proposals are adhered to before submission to CEO for final approval
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in marine electronics (Ex RSN specialists in navigation or communications discipline are welcome to apply)
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Short travel is necessary for technical clarifications with customer.
