Job Description:
· Handle end to end processes of bringing NTS workers into Singapore.
· Arranging of interview sessions with the stakeholders for all the above-mentioned positions.
· Conducting selection interviews together with the relevant Business Unit heads or representatives.
· Handling and managing of on boarding matters prior to new employee's start work date.
· Ensuring HR Shared Service Team (HR SS) has submitted entry approval and purchase Security Bond if necessary.
· Arranging premedical screening with HR SS
· Arranging of mandatory training (before the employee can start work) with Learning & Development team.
· Ensuring that HR SS arrange for swab test for applicable employees.
· Updating the respective HR Business Partner on the confirmed join date of the new employees.
· Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
