Job Description:
• Training administration function of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms – 360Learning, SuccessFactors (SF), Workday (WD), Metrics That Matter (MTM).
• Training administration and training coordination support:
- Creation of training program sessions in LMS
- Registration of employees in LMS
- Track course enrolment and submit course registration.
- Coordinate training logistics, training room set-up and resources.
- Compile course evaluation feedback and report generation
- Update and maintain learning records in LMS.
- Perform post-training activities such as updating of training attendance, and reporting.
- Assist in catering of breakfast/lunches/tea for training.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirement:
• Minimum 1 year of previous work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, or a similar role in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Experience with using an LMS would be an advantage.
• Meticulous and excellent organizational skills.
