Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT operations support to the bank
• Coordinate with vendors on IT security infrastructure, system software and system recovery etc.
• Handle application system management & maintenance 
• Perform disaster center recovery operational tasks
• Handle application system management & maintenance 
• Manage and update IT software licence
• Assist in trouble-shooting & recovery of IT issues
• Act as a single point of contact for handling enquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with 3-5 years of IT support experience
• Candidates with IT support experience from Banks / FI will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge in IT Applications, IT Operations& Maintenance & Helpdesk
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and able to multi-task
• Ability to start work within short notice
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin due liaising with China counterparts
