Responsibilities:
- Facilitator - Facilitate sprints/workshops to drive projects related to improving quality and processes and human-centred experiences.
- Partner - Support Head of Departments and Like-Minded practitioners in the hospital to drive improvement initiatives and work closely with them to implement the strategies on the ground.
- Trainer - Deliver training on lean management and human-centred tools to impart knowledge and skills to hospital staff. You are also a change agent to in still continuous improvement and human-centric culture in the hospital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering / Industrial Design / Healthcare.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in hospital operations will be advantageous.
- Lean management / quality improvement methodologies (including data analysis) (e.g Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
- Design thinking hands-on experience.
- Has the passion to conduct training courses and coach others.
- Able to engage stakeholders and work through people in the hospital such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, operations and administrative staff.
