Job Description:
· Handle partial accounts, including transactions under AR/AP to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
· To support day to day operations of the team in recording invoice/receipt entries, bank transactions.
· Prepare payment vouchers.
· Compile invoices /CNs for approval.
· Intercompany reconciliation monthly.
· Carry out month-end closing activities.
· Assist in accounts department documentations.
· Other ad-hoc accounting/admin duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Minimum ITE / Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words
· Knowledge in SAP
· Team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills
Additional information:
