Job Description:
· Assist in shipment processing for the Company’s polymer products to the region.
· Liaise with overseas partners for related shipment and documentation issues.
· Follow-up with logistics vendors for related customer complaints and issues and prepare related. Reports for customers waivers and complaints.
· Prepare related logistics operational report for analysis.
· Check manual and system invoices in the LES billing system.
· Ensure discrepant invoices are rectified with the related vendors.
· Ensure checking and maintenance of MSIG invoices and rates filing.
· Assist in the preparation of free time and rates filing for the LES billing system.
· Propose process improvement for the billing system for future system enhancements.
· Perform administrative matters for the section as assigned by your superior.
Requirement:
• Eligible to Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics and shipping functions.
• Good knowledge in shipping line shipment documentation processing.
• Good knowledge in PSA / MSP Hubbing, Warehousing and COC / Direct shipments.
• Good knowledge in shipping lines and logistics service providers’ rates and key terms for invoicing.
• Experience in warehouse, inbound and outbound order processing.
• Good communication skills with external and internal customers.
• Equipped with ERP and IT system related experience, and SAP R/3 knowledge.
