Job Description:
· Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
· Translate requirements into trainings that prepares employees for the changing needs.
· Develop and update annual training program, teaching plans, production of handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
· Facilitate structured learning experiences, monitor, and assess training effectiveness.
· Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect current trend or requirements.
· Maintain training records.
· Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system),
· ensuring instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available.
· Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members.
· Update and maintain budgets for all costs associated with training and provide expenditure report.
· Responsible for general administrative duties such as coordinating enrolment, scheduling class times, locations and sending invitation information to trainees
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
• Eligible to Diploma
• Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position.
• Prior experience in training management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
