Responsibilities:

• Support RMs in all aspects of client service and administrative support.
• Resolve and respond client issues and requests
• Execute client orders including but not limited to money market, securitiesand FX transactions
• Monitor daily cash management activities
• Ensure proper and timely of the account opening documents and compliance with AML requirements
• Prepare credit excess reports
• Liase with head office for any administrative issues

Requirements:

• Min Degree holder, preferably in Economics or Finance
• Relevant work experience in client servicing roles in Private Banking environment
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Posses CACS Paper 1 and 2 , CMFAS M1B OR M3 and M5 would be advantageous.
