Responsibilities
- Training administration function of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms – 360Learning, SuccessFactors (SF), Workday (WD), Metrics That Matter (MTM).
- Training administration and training coordination support:
- Creation of training program sessions in LMS
- Registration of employees in LMS
- Track course enrolment and submit course registration
- Coordinate training logistics, training room set-up and resources
- Compile course evaluation feedback and report generation
- Update and maintain learning records in LMS
- Perform post-training activities such as updating of training attendance, and reporting.
- Assist in catering of breakfast/lunches/tea for training
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in training function in corporate settings
- Proficient in MS Office and any LMS system
